A big part of ensuring that you make progress in the gym is by making sure that what you’re doing today is more than what you did in the past. This is the basic principle called “progressive overload” which essentially states that in order to make progress, you must progressively increase the intensity of your training. Our app helps you do just this by keeping track of your lifts, allowing you to be make weekly improvements.
As part of this app and tracking feature, you will also be able to see our workouts anywhere from 1-2 weeks in advance, making it easy for you to plan out your days of training, rest days, and other factors.
Despite being able to make personal progress, you can also complete with others in our leaderboard feature which tracks the total pounds lifted each workout and projects them onto a digital scoreboard, showing off our top-lifters for the month!
Even if competition isn’t necessarily what’s interesting you, you will also be added to our community forums where coaches and teammates can post general or specific questions, receive weekly briefing before each week starts, and get a heads up on announcements before everyone else.

This add-on is PERFECT for anyone who is wanting to get stronger and/or accelerate their speed of progress in the gym! Often times, we simply don’t know how much to lift each day, on each lift, and how to factor in what we’ve already done that week and what we’re still yet to do. This add-on takes out all of the guesswork!
Each day, your app will tell you exactly how much you’re supposed to lift on each exercise and each set, down to what color band to grab or how many reps to perform. By following this programming, you are going to see drastic strength-gains and consistent fat-loss. You’re already in the gym, so why not make the most of each day?
