STANDARDS AND RULES BRIEFING

MANDATORY READING BEFORE REGISTERING FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS

Above, you will find a short write up that has been drafted to help you feel comfortable and prepared for your first class. It will go over the expectation/enforcement of timeliness, things you may want to bring with you, and how to make your first workout an actual workout, not just a learning experience.

RULES EFFECTIVE 1/22/24

As part of our rebranding, we have elected to be even more clear about our expectations, standards, and enforcement of basic compound rules.

Below, you will find some very straightforward standards to which we will all abide.

On time means that you are warming up when class starts. If class starts at 4:00:00pm and you arrive at 4:00.01, you are late. This is a slippery slope, that, when tolerated, lessens the perceived importance of the warmup, and the overall seriousness of the class. Each person will be afforded a maximum of 3 strikes before their membership is suspended.

3 Strike Rule for Tardiness

We have nothing against kids, but we cannot afford to have children moving throughout the property as we all are focused upon training. They serve as a major trip hazard and as a general distraction, whether it be noise or members simply having to spend extra energy on making sure that they do not walk into/hit them during their training session.

Our insurance will not cover children, nor do we assume ANY liability for children on our premises.

Children are not allowed

Enforcement of proper reps and lifts

In no way do we expect perfection, however, we do not tolerate disregard for our program design. If we take the time to carefully design each workout and factor in previous training days, future training days, and other variables, then we unapologetically expect teammates to execute them properly.

This means that we expect our teammates to perform the prescribed reps, sets, and movements. If there is a legitimate need to perform a substitute movement or potentially alter some form of the workout, we will either confirm or deny this.

If after bringing this issue to a member’s attention, we still find that teammate consistently refusing to properly execute the program, we will not hesitate to use discretionary authority to suspend said teammate’s membership.

We value the integrity of our program over any individual’s lack of discipline.
