This four week program is going to be focused on getting you ready to go hard down the road. But before all of that, we will take time to ease you back into the groove of things. Yes, we’ll still push you, but the focal point isn’t going to be kicking your ass. Rather, we’ll be focused on helping you build back some confidence, and that doesn’t have to come from hardcore training.
